Elizabeth Carroll, DO
Elizabeth Callahan Carroll, DO, is a board certified neurologist. She completed her osteopathic medical degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, and was a Neurology resident at the University of South Florida, where she was named Chief Educational Resident and was the recipient of a prestigious research award. Dr. Carroll furthered her training through a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Emory University.
Dr. Carroll is widely published in the medical literature, on topics such as encephalitis, sleep medicine, stroke in adolescents, outcomes after intracerebral hemorrhage, and the use of Duraseal in the closure of transnasal transphenoidal endoscopic pituitary surgery. She has made professional presentations on Parkinson’s disease and neurodegenerative disease.
Dr. Carroll graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and Religious Studies.
